Vanillas

Our Vanillas are made from a proprietary cold pressing method which preserves each and every one of the 250 plus vanilla notes found in each bean.  Gelato made with Tahitian vanilla can be described as aromatic and floral.  It's essence is derived from the vanilla plant indigenous only to the island of Tahiti and it is the rarest vanilla orchid in the world. Its delicate rich floral and fruit like flavor notes transcend ordinary vanillas because each bean is allowed to ripen below the orchid flower before being hand picked.

  • Tahitian Vanilla: Pure Tahitian vanilla blended with vanilla bean specks and fresh cream.
  • Mexican Vanilla: Pure Mexican vanilla blended with vanilla bean specks and fresh cream.
  • Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla: Pure Madagascar vanilla blended with fresh cream and a hint of bourbon.
  • Vanilla Honey: Pure Tahitian vanilla blended with raw honey and fresh cream.
  • Vanilla Honey Yogurt: Pure Tahitian vanilla blended with honey, yogurt and fresh cream.
  • Vanilla Buttermilk: Tahitian vanilla blended with buttermilk and fresh cream.
  • Vanilla Ginger: Ground fresh ginger blended with Tahitian vanilla and vanilla bean specks.
  • Sour Cream Vanilla: Buttermilk, sour cream and Tahitian Vanilla blended together. 
  • Vanilla Couverture: Tahitian Vanilla with Venezuelan couverture chocolate streaks throughout.
  • French Vanilla: Pure Tahitian vanilla blended with egg yolk and fresh cream.
  • Old World Vanilla: Pure Tahitian vanilla blended with vanilla bean specks, egg yolks and fresh cream.
  • Vanilla Ginger: Ground fresh ginger blended with Tahitian Vanilla and vanilla bean specks
  • Vanilla Malt:  Pure Tahitian vanilla blended with malt and fresh cream.
  • Vanilla Dark Rum: Pure Tahitian vanilla and Jamaican Rums blended together.
  • Bay Leaf Vanilla: Tahitian vanilla blended with steeped bay leaves and fresh cream.
  • Vanilla Curl: Tahitian vanilla gelato with semisweet chocolate pastry curls folded throughout.
  • Vanilla Butterscotch Swirl: Tahitian vanilla gelato with a butterscotch swirl.
  • Vanilla Custard: Pure Tahitian vanilla blended with hundreds of egg yolks.
  • Vanilla Blueberry: Pure Tahitian vanilla blended with farm fresh blueberry specks folded throughout.
  • Sugar-Free Fat-Free Tahitian Vanilla:  No fat, no sugar added.

    Chocolates

    Our Chocolates have been carefully selected from all over the world and are certified pure.  Most of our chocolate gelato starts with a Dutch processed cocoa and are blended with couverture chocolate from Switzerland, Venezuela and the Netherlands. We achieve hairline streaks of couverture chocolate by melting the bars and stringing it in right before freezing. The cocoa beans consist of premium noble varieties and the cocoa butter is pure prime quality from the first pressing and guaranteed to contain no additional vegetable fat. Our white chocolates are made from pure cocoa butter and cocoa butter cream

  • European Chocolate Extra Brut: French Extra Brut Chocolate steeped with fresh cream.
  • Dark Chocolate Couverture: Two types of Dutch cocoa blended with 65% couverture chocolate                    throughout.
  • Dark Chocolate Mint: Dutch processed cocoa with creme de menthe and mint pieces folded               throughout.
  • Dark Chocolate Orange: Dutch processed cocoa blended with fresh orange pulp and zest.
  • Double Dutch Chocolate: Twice the Dutch processed cocoa.
  • White Chocolate Poppy Seed: Panna cream base with Swiss white chocolate chunks and poppy               seeds.
  • Dark Venezuelan Chocolate: Dutch processed cocoa blended with 75% Venezuelan couverture          cocoa.
  • Extra Rich Chocolate: Twice as much Dutch chocolate blended with Dutch cocoa.
  • Belgian Chocolate: Dutch processed cocoa blended with Belgian couverture chocolate.
  • Dark Chocolate Fudge Cookie: Dutch processed cocoa with dark Dutch fudge cookies folded               throughout.
  • Swiss Chocolate Couverture: Dutch processed cocoa blended with Swiss double cream couverture       chocolate.
  • Triple Dark Chocolate: Dutch processed cocoa blended with dark chocolate with a fudge swirl and chocolate          pastry curls folded throughout.
  • Triple White Chocolate: Pure chocolate cocoa butter steeped in cream and folded through with                   butter cream and white chocolate curls
  • Dark Chocolate Fudge Swirl: Dutch processed cocoa with a dark Dutch chocolate swirl.
  • Dark Chocolate Chunk: Dutch processed cocoa with Swiss chocolate chunks folded throughout.
  • Dark Chocolate Hazelnut: Two types of Dutch processed cocoa steeped with ground roasted hazelnuts and         whole roasted hazelnuts folded throughout.
  • Chocolate Almond: Dutch extra brut chocolate with whole roasted almond halves folded throughout
  • Chocolate Almond Fudge: Dutch extra brut chocolate with whole roasted almond halves and fudge            pieces folded throughout
  • Chocolate Raspberry: Dutch extra brut chocolate with whole raspberries folded throughout.

  • White Chocolate Raspberry: White chocolate gelato with white chocolate chunks and whole red                 raspberries folded in fresh cream.

  • Milk Chocolate Cherry Caramel Bourbon: Dutch extra brut chocolate with ground tart cherries,                  bourbon, milk chocolate couverture and a caramel swirl.
  • Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl: Two types of Dutch processed cocoa blended with fresh cream and a              peanut butter swirl.
  • White Chocolate Chunk: Sweet butter cream white chocolate chunks folded in fresh cream.
  • Chocolate Caramel: Dutch chocolate gelato with caramel swirl and pistachio nuts folded throughout.
  • Chocolate Toffee Peanut Caramel: Chocolate gelato with toffee bits, roasted peanuts and a caramel swirl.
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Swirl: Dutch cocoa and peanut butter blended in fresh cream with a marshmallow swirl.
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Toasted Coconut Marshmallow Swirl: Chocolate, peanut butter and toasted coconut blended together with a marshmallow swirl.
  • Dark Chocolate Chunk Marshmallow: Two types of Dutch chocolates with Swiss chocolate chunks and small marshmallows folded throughout. 
  • Chocolate Malt: Dutch processed cocoa and malt steeped with fresh cream.
  • Chocolate Candied Ginger: Dutch processed cocoa with fresh ground ginger and candied ginger folded                     throughout.
  • Mexican Chocolate Chipolte:  Mexican chocolate with hints of cinnamon blended with Dutch chocolate,       chipolte peppers, chocolate chunks and raspberries.
  • Dark Chocolate Rocky Road: Dark chocolate gelato with marshmallow swirl and peanuts folded                  throughout.   
  • Chocolate Cookie Dough: Chocolate gelato with chocolate chip cookie dough and fudge chunks folded        throughout.   
  • Chocolate Birthday Cake: Chocolate cake-batter flavored gelato with a dark chocolate frosting swirl.
  • Sugar Free Fat Free Chocolate:   Chocolate gelato with now sugar or fat added.
  • White Chocolate Swirl: Pure chocolate cocoa butter steeped in cream with a white chocolate cocoa butter swirl.
