Our Sorbetto is made with a blend of fruit and fruit juices. As with all our ingredients, each piece of fruit is carefully selected for perfection! We only use true ingredients, so our sorbetto tastes clean and fresh. No oils, only the real fruits and fruit juices. We have hundreds; how to pick? Fresh Fruits
We use the actual fruits to flavor our sorbetto. Most flavors are made by pureeing or reducing whole fruits. We found if you want the best flavor you must start with the simplest ingredients, and with fruit flavors that means only real fruit. Even our lemon and lime juices are pure and pressed fresh for us.
Fresh Strawberry: Flavor and color come from hundreds of strawberries.
Strawberry Banana: Strawberries and bananas pureed and blended.
Strawberry Rhubarb: Strawberries and rhubarb cooked down and pureed together.
Fresh Red Raspberry: Flavor and color come from hundreds of raspberries. Available without seeds. Raspberry specks throughout.
Raspberry Cream: Raspberry sorbet with Tahitian Vanilla gelato folded throughout.
Fresh Blueberry: Blueberries cooked down and folded with whole berries.
Marrion Berry (Blackberry): Blackberries cooked down and folded with whole berries.
Wild berry A blend of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and cranberries. Blackberries folded throughout.
Boysenberry Fresh berries cooked down with whole boysenberries folded throughout.
Sweet Black Cherry: Black cherries cooked down and folded with whole cherries.
Rainier Cherry: Rainier cherries ground and steeped, with cherry specks throughout.
Tart Cherry: Pureed tart cherries. Cherry specks throughout.
Cranberry: Cranberries cooked down and folded with whole berries.
Cranberry Fruit-Conserve: Cranberries pureed with orange zest, walnuts and mandarin orange segments in a brown sugar base.
Fresh Peach: Whole peaches pureed. Peach specks throughout.
Bartlett Pear: Bartlett pears pureed.
Plum: Whole plums pureed.
Apricot: Whole apricots pureed.
Fresh Mango: Pureed fresh mango with mango specks.
Banana Mango: Bananas and mangos pureed and blended.
Watermelon: Fresh watermelon pureed.
Cantaloupe: Ground fresh cantaloupe.
Papaya: Ground fresh papaya.
Pink Guava: Made from pure pink guava.
Passion Fruit: Made from pure, yellow passion fruit.
Tangerine: Tangerines pureed and blended with zest.
Tangerine Bing Cherry: Tangerine sorbet with whole bing cherries folded throughout.
Tangerine Cream: Tangerine sorbet with Tahitian Vanilla gelato folded throughout.
Mandarin Orange: Made from mandarin orange juice with mandarin orange segments folded throughout.
Pineapple: Made with pure Hawaiian pineapple juice and pieces.
Pineapple Passion Fruit Banana: Pineapple and passion fruit juice folded with fresh banana and pineapple pieces.
Orange Pineapple: Made with Valencia oranges and Hawaiian pineapples.
Orange Walnut: Made with Valencia oranges and walnut pieces.
Blood Orange: Made from pureed blood oranges with blood orange zest.
Pink Grapefruit: Made from pure pink grapefruit juice, with no oils or preservatives.
Lemon: Made from pure lemon juice, with no oils or preservatives.
Lemon Ginger: Fresh pressed lemons with ground ginger root.
Lemon Lime: Made from pure lemon and lime juice, with no oils or preservatives.
Key Lime: Made from pure key lime juice, with no oils or preservatives.
Kiwi Lime: Kiwis pureed and blended with kiwi lime juice.
Kiwi Fruit: Made from pureed kiwis.
Fresh Red Apple: Red apples pureed and blended with apple juice.
Fresh Green Apple: Tart green apples pureed and blended with apple juice.
Fresh Nectarine: Nectarines pureed.
White Grape: Made from pungent Niagara grapes.
Concord Grape: Flavor and color come from hundreds of Concord grapes.
Black Currant: Made from smooth black currant puree.
Pomegranate: Made from pure pomegranate. No seeds.
Cucumber Ginger: Fresh cucumbers and ginger blended together.
Cactus Pear: Made from pure cactus pear.
Durian Thong: Made from imported Thai durian.
Yuzu: Yuzu juice from Japan blended to make this exotic flavor.
