We use the actual fresh fruits to flavor our gelato. Most flavors are made by pureeing in-house. We found if you want the best flavor you must start with the simplest ingredients, and with fruit flavors that means only real fruit.

Mango	Special mango pulp from the mountains of India blended with tropical mangos.
Fresh Blueberry	Local blueberries cooked down and blended with whole blueberries.
Lemon Blueberry	Pressed Florida lemons blended with fresh dairy, whole blueberries folded throughout.
Blueberry Butter Cookie	Blueberry gelato with butter cookies folded throughout.
Tangerine	Tangerine pulp and zest blended with fresh dairy.
Fresh Strawberry	Strawberries cooked down and blended with fresh dairy.
Strawberry Chip	Strawberrie gelato with chocolate pastry curls folded throughout.
Pineapple	Hawian Pineapple blended with fresh dariy.
Sun Dried Cherry	Tart cherries cooked down blended with fresh dariy with ground dried tart cherries.
