Our roaster starts out with the best green (raw) beans,
hand-crafting each coffee, monitoring temperatures and
making subtle adjustments at each stage of the roasting
process in order to bring out the best flavor in each bean.
 Small batch sizes give us more precise control over flavor,
and frequent taste-testing (hey, somebody's got to do it!)
ensures a greater consistency in the quality of our roast.
And because freshly roasted coffee is richer and more
aromatic, with a greater complexity and a fuller range of
flavors, we think you'll taste the difference.

The Fair Trade Organization is an international
 humanitarian organization that certifies that 
coffee growers abstain from the use of chemicals
 and adhere to sustainable farming practices, 
and that the farmers are paid a fair price for their 
products.

Organic means that the coffee has been grown without 
the use of chemicals.
Shade-grown coffee(also known as Bird-Friendly) means
 that the coffee trees are planted in balance with the natural
eco-system in ways that are not detrimental to 
existing plant life.

South/Central American

These coffees are crisp and clean, with a light to medium body, mild flavor, and bright acidity.
 

East African/Yemen

Wild and fruity coffees,generally medium-bodied with a dry, wine-like acidity
.

Indonesian/South Pacific

Coffees from this part of the world are heavy bodied, earthy and complex, with very low acidity and a dry, spicy flavor.
 

Mountain Water Decaffeinated

Our decaffeinated coffees are every bit as flavorful as our regular coffees. The Mountain Water process removes the caffeine without the use of chemicals that can taint the bean's flavor.
 

Palazzolo's Blend

Our roaster artfully combines coffees from different regions to create these distinct, harmonious and flavorful blends.
